These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pl67 and every service offered on the platform. Before placing a bet, using a bonus, or making a withdrawal, please read through each section carefully. Arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, and any form of collusion or match manipulation are strictly prohibited on pl67 and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on pl67 and to place any wager or play any casino game on the platform. pl67 does not knowingly allow minors to register. If we become aware that an account has been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 years old, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited or returned at pl67's discretion following an investigation.
Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one registered account on pl67. Operating more than one account — whether using the same identity, different identity documents, or through another individual — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be confiscated pending review of the activity across all accounts.
When registering at pl67, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure at pl67's discretion.
pl67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point where we are required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
Your pl67 account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity that occurs on your pl67 account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your pl67 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pl67 support immediately at support@pl67.biz. pl67 will take all reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to receiving notification of the breach.
pl67 recommends that all players use a unique, strong password for their account and enable any available two-factor authentication features.
pl67 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made in PKR and will be credited to your pl67 account in PKR at the value received.
The minimum deposit on pl67 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pl67 at the platform level, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own daily transfer limits.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your pl67 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT bank transfers typically credit within one business day. Card deposits are typically instant but may be subject to your card issuer's processing times.
All funds deposited into your pl67 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pl67 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
To request a withdrawal from your pl67 account, you must have completed the identity verification process (see Section 2.4), have a positive real-money balance, and not have any pending fraud or dispute investigations on your account. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method's eligibility for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount on pl67 is Rs 500. Standard weekly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier:
pl67 targets the following withdrawal processing times from the point at which the request is approved: Easypaisa and JazzCash — under 15 minutes for standard members, under 8 minutes for Diamond VIP members; IBFT bank transfer — within one business day; card withdrawals — up to three business days depending on the card issuer.
For withdrawals above Rs 100,000, or for the first withdrawal from any account, pl67 may request additional verification of identity and payment method ownership before processing the payment. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any irregularity with your account.
All bonuses offered by pl67 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, event-specific promotions, and tournament prizes — are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is the amount you must wager in total before the bonus funds, or winnings derived from bonus funds, become withdrawable as real money.

Weekly cashback credited to pl67 VIP members through the VIP Club programme carries no wagering requirement. Cashback amounts are calculated on net losses for the applicable week and credited directly as withdrawable real-money balance every Monday morning.
Bonus funds that are not used or for which the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your pl67 account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. Standard validity is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
Each player is entitled to claim each pl67 promotion once, from one account. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts, through multiple identities, or through referral manipulation will result in all claimed bonuses being voided and may lead to account suspension.
All sports bets on pl67 are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant sport's recognised governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB, and other affiliated boards. pl67 may use interim published results to settle markets in advance of the official confirmation where it is clear that the result will not change.
If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold is reached (5 overs per side in T20 and T10 formats, 20 overs per side in ODIs), all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to players' balances. If the minimum threshold has been reached and an official result is determined by DLS or other method, bets are settled according to that official result.
In-play bets accepted by pl67 are final once confirmed by the system. In-play odds are updated continuously and a bet is recorded at the odds displayed at the moment the bet slip is confirmed. pl67 is not responsible for any delay between a player's bet submission and system confirmation where the delay results in a different odds value being applied.
A market may be voided at pl67's discretion where the event cannot be settled according to the published rules — for example, where a player named in a top scorer market did not take part in the match. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance. Void selections in an accumulator are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply at pl67 and vary by market type and fixture significance. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Winnings above the stated maximum for a market will be capped at the maximum payout regardless of the odds offered at the time of the bet.
pl67 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a technical error caused a market to display odds that do not reflect the true probability of the event. Notification of such voidings will be communicated to affected players promptly.
All virtual casino games on pl67 use certified random number generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel on the pl67 platform.
Live dealer games — including Andar Bahar, roulette, and baccarat — are operated using physical cards and equipment managed by professional dealers at licensed studios. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round. Any technical disconnection during a live game round will result in the bet being settled according to the round result if the round completed normally; if the disconnection prevents settlement, the hand will be voided and the stake returned.
Fishing games on pl67 are classified as skill-influenced arcade games in which players use on-screen weapons to target fish of varying point values. Payouts are determined by the point value of fish caught multiplied by the applicable rate. The outcome of each game session includes a random element and no strategy guarantees a particular result.
In the event of a game malfunction on pl67 — including system errors, software failures, or incorrect payout displays caused by a technical fault — pl67 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings paid as a result of a clear malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed from a player's balance.
The pl67 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All registered pl67 players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from the date of registration. Tier progression is based on cumulative lifetime VIP points earned through qualifying wagers.
VIP points are awarded on all real-money wagers on pl67 at the rate applicable to each game category. Wagers placed using bonus funds earn VIP points at 25% of the standard rate for that game category. Points are credited to your account balance within 24 hours of the qualifying wager being settled.
VIP tiers at pl67 are based on cumulative lifetime points and do not automatically downgrade on a periodic basis. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may have their tier status placed on review at pl67's discretion.
Weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated on net losses (total amount wagered minus total winnings returned) for the period from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time. Cashback is credited every Monday and carries no wagering requirement. Cashback calculations exclude wagers placed using bonus funds.
pl67 reserves the right to modify the structure, point thresholds, cashback percentages, and benefit offering of the VIP Club at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members through the platform and by email.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pl67 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, and potential forfeiture of balance:
pl67 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved KYC requirements, or responsible gaming concerns.
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all pending bets are settled. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, pl67 may forfeit the balance in part or in full depending on the nature of the violation and following an internal review.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pl67 support at support@pl67.biz. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within two business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled and KYC verification is complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl67's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your pl67 account at the time the claim arises.
pl67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of winnings that were not yet settled, or losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to technical outages, maintenance, or third-party connectivity failures.
pl67 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. pl67 will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
pl67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pl67 will notify registered players through a notice displayed on the platform and, where contact details are available and verified, by email to the address registered on your account.
Continued use of pl67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
